Stand-up meetings are ... meetings in which each person stands up in front of the other attendees to give a brief update on what they're doing.

Généralement tenues au début de la journée, et de nature plutôt informelle, les réunions debout ne devraient pas durer plus de 15 minutes pour ne pas incommoder les personnes qui n'ont pas une bonne forme physique.

OBS

réunion debout : Ne pas confondre avec le terme «mêlée», qui désigne une courte réunion du cadre de travail Scrum où les participants ne sont pas nécessairement debout.

En scrum, el equipo monitoriza la evolución de cada sprint en reuniones breves diarias donde se revisa en conjunto el trabajo realizado por cada miembro el día anterior, y el previsto para el día actual. Estas reuniones diarias son de tiempo cerrado de 5 a 15 minutos máximo, se realizan de pie junto a un tablero o pizarra con información de las tareas del sprint, y el trabajo pendiente en cada una. Esta reunión se denomina “reunion de pie” o “scrum diario”.
